Role Overview: Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator role at Kilimanjaro Live is designed to support the broader event management and events team. Key Responsibilities
As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of major events by coordinating logistical arrangements, procuring services, managing budgets, and overseeing various projects. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential, along with maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong working relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates for this role will have prior experience in event planning, exceptional organizational abilities, and the flexibility to travel and work away from home as needed. Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a background in supporting events in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. Knowledge of the live music and events industry is advantageous, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent command of written and spoken English.
