Domino is looking for a passionate and well-organized individual to join our London team as a Digital Operations Manager. This role involves managing digital operations relationships and processes on a global scale, working with digital music service providers like Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, and more. The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for handling digital release set-ups and overseeing the digital audio catalogue for the Domino label.

Digital Products & Supply Chain

In this role, you will manage internal scheduling and set-up of tracks and digital products alongside the Production team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will be responsible for delivering content to DSPs using the FUGA platform, collaborating with FUGA Support to address operational needs efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with Project Management and the Digital Accounts team to coordinate metadata, release assets, and product requirements while offering support and recommendations on operational best practices.

You will actively maintain Domino’s digital release catalogue, guaranteeing accurate and complete metadata storage. Collaborating with other teams, such as Domino Publishing and Neighboring Rights, you will help implement shared data standards and consolidate metadata effectively. Working with the Content Operations Coordinator, you will manage video set-ups and rights management, optimizing operational workload priorities on a weekly basis.

Digital Music Operations & Best Practices

The Digital Operations Manager will maintain strong operational and technical account relationships with global digital music service providers (DSPs). You will handle setting up and maintaining new partner integrations. By developing digital operations best practices and anticipating future requirements, such as MEAD and performer roles, you will ensure Domino stays ahead in the industry. Keeping up-to-date with DSP platforms and capabilities, you will communicate changes and developments to the Digital Accounts and Project Management teams promptly.

Technical Support

This role involves providing day-to-day support related to Domino’s internal CMS, addressing internal staff queries and training needs effectively. Collaborating with the Tech & Development team, you will offer input and feedback on internal tools and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Demonstrating an understanding of metadata and digital rights is crucial, along with a working knowledge of DSPs, particularly Spotify, Apple, and YouTube. Previous experience in a digital operations or similar role at a label or distributor is preferred.
