Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a Ticketing Manager at one of the world’s most iconic venues? The O2, named in The Sunday Times Best Places to work 2024, is seeking a dedicated Event Ticketing Manager to join their dynamic team!

You will:

  • Manage the entire ticketing event cycle for your assigned shows, from manifest creation to on-sale and event day requirements, including ticketing settlement.
  • Oversee the movement of ticketing inventory between internal venue allocations and external 3rd party allocations to maintain the desired venue sell-through percentage.
  • Monitor ticket sales to ensure maximum optimization for both on and off manifested inventory.
  • Collaborate with Promoter ticketing departments and event organizers to fulfill all ticketing requirements.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has substantial experience in ticketing, such as Account Management, Client Services Manager, Ticketing Manager, or Box Office roles.
  • Has previous experience working for a venue, ticket agent, or Leading Concert Promoter.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of ticketing systems.
  • Has relevant experience in producing manifests and managing on-sales.
