Full Time Hobby Music (FTHM) is in search of a new team member to manage its online mail order business, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales through platforms like Bandcamp and Shopify. While prior industry experience is preferred, full training will be provided.

The Role and Skills Required
The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including facilitating the sending out of customer orders worldwide, collating orders from Bandcamp and Shopify through ShipStation, processing, packing, and dispatching orders via Royal Mail, addressing customer inquiries and returns, and collaborating with label managers for stock deliveries and management. Additionally, the role may involve some general label marketing assistant work. The ideal candidate should be passionate about music, possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, have a positive approach to problem-solving, and be willing to work as part of a team.
