With offices now in New York, Los Angeles, and Paris, we proudly represent over 60,000 songs from 2,000 independent writers, composers, and producers. Our diverse roster includes talented artists such as Fontaines D.C., Big Thief, Wet Leg, Son Lux, Hot Chip, Jon Hopkins, The Kills, Georgia, and many more.
The Role: Assets Coordinator
As an Assets Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our publishing A&R team. Reporting directly to the A&R staff, your responsibilities will include gathering and maintaining a database of all assets for new writers and releases. This involves coordinating the collection and distribution of music and news, managing song splits, WAVs, instrumentals, lyrics, bios, press releases, and press shots, among other tasks.
- Updating and maintaining our website
- Tracking gigs and updating company social media
- Sending music files with watermarks
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining our Release Manager database, uploading new albums, adding artist information, and ensuring data is properly integrated into systems like MEWO and DISCO.
Other duties include organizing ticket buys/guestlist spots, attending gigs to meet writers and managers, and assisting in the organization of promotional events.
